2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Yogapatti P.S. Case No. 533 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the learned court below on the same day in accordance with law.
