The present application has been filed for quashing of the First Information Report of Kudra P.S. Case No.165/2015 registered under Sections 420, 409, 120B of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned CJM, Kaimur, Bhabhua. This Court is not inclined to interfere into the matter at this stage. Moreover there is nothing on record to suggest the present stage of the investigation.

However, the application is disposed of with liberty
