Considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 25.05.2015 in connection with Complaint Case No.501 of 2014 to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, is hereby confirmed on the same terms.
