Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 418, 419, 465, 468, 469, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in making fictitious question paper viral, just to mislead the student. Petitioner is in custody since 16.10.2017. Petitioner has got identical type of criminal antecedent. Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charge or after two moths from today whichever is earlier on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two
