In view of such, in the interest of the parties, in exercise of power under Section 482 Cr.P.C., further proceeding of Rajepur P.S. Case No. 8 of 2014 pending before the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Motihari, East Champaran is, hereby, dropped.

Also, in the interest of the parties (i) Maintenance Case No. 66 of 2014 pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Muzaffarpur (ii) Divorce Case No. 326 of 2013 pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, East Champaran at Motihari (iii) Complaint Case No. 459 of 2013

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19853 of 2014 (4) dt.02-09-2015 pending before the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Shikrahana, East Champaran at Motihari shall stand dropped.

The Application stands allowed with the aforesaid observations.
