2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ application may be disposed of in terms of the order dated 01.02.2022 passed in CWJC No.4536 of 2021 by the Division Bench of this Hon'ble Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.6294 of 2020(3) dt.15-07-2024 2/2 further submits that the petitioner has already filed the relevant documents before the respondent No.5, and the respondent No.5 is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner within a period of three months.

3. Mr.Amit Srivastava, learned senior counsel for the intervenor-respondents contends that he has also filed their documents before the respondent No.5 and they are still pending for consideration.

4. In view of the aforesaid, the respondent No.5 is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner as well as intevenor-respondents within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
