The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307, 379 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner alongwith other FIR named accused persons, armed with lathi, danda and rod, started abusing informant and on protest, co-accused Niraj Kumar assaulted him by means of iron rod. It is further alleged that when mother and brother came to rescue, they were also assaulted by accused persons and also snatched Rs. 7,200/- cash and a golden locket from the informant.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that specific accusation of assault is against co-accused Niraj Kumar. There is general and omnibus allegation of assault against this

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Danapur, District - Patna in connection with Maner P.S.
