Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 21.08.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.32956 of 2017 with direction to the trial court to expedite the trial and try to conclude it within a period of one year.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that altogether six witnesses have already been examined and the case was fixed for evidence on 8.3.2018.
Heard the learned A.P.P. also.
Considering the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The prayer for bail of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10252 of 2018 (3) dt.14-03-2018 2/2 petitioner is rejected.
