JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 08-05-2017 With regard to the grievance in question canvassed in the Public Interest Litigation, on petitioner's own showing, a complaint dated 3.8.2015 has been filed before the Lokayukta organization with regard to the acts of commission and omission alleged against Respondent Nos.8 and 9.
On a perusal of the observations made by the Lokayukta organization, it is seen that the mater is pending before the Lokayukta
Patna High Court CWJC No.19150 of 2016 dt.08-05-2017 2/2 organization.
That being so, for the present, indulgence into the matter is not called for. The petitioner may prosecute the matter, which is pending before the Lokayukta organization and we are confident that the Lokayukta organization shall conclude the enquiry and proceed in accordance to law.
