The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354B, 504/34, 354 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of assaulting the informant, tearing the clothes and snatching Mangal Sutra. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant is the aunt of the petitioner and for the petty dispute the accusation has been levelled. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2761 of 2015 (02) dt.21-01-2015 2/2 petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 287 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
