The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections-5B(i)/50/6(a)/6(b)/3(i)/5/5A/5(C), 6(a) & 6(b) of the Immoral Traffic Prevention (Amendment), Act, 2006 and Section-30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner has been made accused due to mistake of fact. He has gone to Hotel for taking meal. He has no intention to visit brothel in question which was being run by the co-accused. The petitioner is a student. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 15-01-2018 and has got no criminal antecedent. Charge-sheet/prosecution report has

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R/complaint case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 222 of 2018.
