JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. That the petitioner in the instant writ application inter alia prays for a direction to the Respondent Authority to revise the pension and gratuity of the petitioner after granting the benefit of 7th pay commission and the petitioner also prays for a direction to the Respondent authority to revise the pay scale in the light of 7th pay commission from due date and the petitioner also prays for a direction to the Respondent Authority to pay the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4348 of 2024(2) dt.22-03-2024 2/2 arrear of salary as well as arrear of pension in consequence of revision of pay scale in the light of 7th pay revision and the petitioner also prays for a direction to the Respondent Authority to pay the arrear of salary of the petitioner for the period of 58 months which has not been paid to the petitioner due to non availability of allotment at relevant time."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
