2. State counsel accept notice for respondents. Petitioner's counsel to furnish copy of the petition to the State counsel.

3. In the present petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:

"1. That this is an application for issuance of a Writ in the nature of mandamus, commanding and directing the respondent Senior Superintendent of Police Patna to issue Last Payment Certificate (hereinafter referred to as the LPC) of the petitioner, due to that

Patna High Court CWJC No.7925 of 2021 dt.11-02-2022 2/2 payment of salary has not been made and further for directing the respondent to release the salary of the petitioner and further for issuance of any other appropriate writ or writs, order or orders it may deem fit and proper by this Hon'ble Court."

4. In support of the aforesaid relief petitioner submitted representations dated 22.09.2019, 23.09.2019, vide Annexures- 3, 4 and 5. However, concerned respondent has not passed any order either in accepting or rejecting the petitioner's representations.

5. Therefore, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to decide the petitioner's claim stated in the representations. If petitioner is entitled to any monetary benefits, the same shall be calculated and disbursed to him. Above exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order, failing which petitioner is entitled to litigation cost and it is quantified @ Rs. 10,000/-

6. With the above observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
