JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-02-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Chandradeep PS Case No. 78 of 2017 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the IPC.
The allegation in brief is that the petitioner on the basis of forged educational certificate and documents got appointment to the post of teacher in primary school Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already been dismissed from service, charge-sheet has been submitted in this case and the petitioner is in custody since 19.9.2017.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Ranvijay Prasad @ Pintu Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Jamui in connection with Chandradeep PS Case No. 78 of 2017.
The petitioner is directed to appear before the trial court on each date and in case of failure to appear on two consecutive dates except because of medical emergency his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
