JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-11-2022 The limited prayer of the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct the District Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur to consider the application of the petitioner for grant of arms license which was filed on 23.07.2019.

Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the writ petition with a direction to the District Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur to dispose off the application filed by the petitioner for grant of arms license, if so filed, and if the same is still pending, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
