The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 168 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections-341, 323, 504, 353 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration that except Section-353 of the Indian Penal Code, almost all the sections are bailable in nature and so far as Section-353 of the Indian Penal Code is concerned; there appears to be nothing to show that the petitioner obstructed the informant in execution of official duty, let the petitioner named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in
