The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sadar P.S.Case No. 597 of 2017 registered under Sections 379, 411 and 461 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that FIR is against unknown and only material transpires against him is so-called recovery of 67 bags of stolen maize and 4 bags of maize seeds at his behest from one Md. Mobinuddin, but up till now that article has not been put on for identification and he is in custody since 13.11.2017 and has no criminal antecedent except one case under the Excise Act. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

Kaisher, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Purnea in connection with Sadar P.S.Case No. 597 of 2017.
