2. It is informed on behalf of the respondent no.6 that

Patna High Court CWJC No.4511 of 2020(9) dt.20-01-2025 2/2 respondent no.6 is going to retire next month and he is continuing to work on the post of Assistant Lecturer, Psychology Department, Satyendra Narain Singh College, Hajipur, Vaishali.

3. In view of the above information, the petitioner seeks to wait for some time.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of.
