ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 05-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner has been in custody since 13.12.2017 in connection with Sheikhpura (Kusumbha) P.S. Case No. 316/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., but only on the basis of the confessional statement made before the police by one co-accused Subash Kumar the petitioner has been implicated in connection with the present case. Till date, neither has any recovery been made from him nor the T.I. Parade conducted.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that there has been no recovery from the

No.8063 of 2018 (3) dt.05-03-2018 2/2 petitioner, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura, in connection with Sheikhpura (Kusumbha) P.S.
