The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Roh P.S. Case No. 164 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 342, 323, 302, 307, 120B, 354, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner has caught hold of the deceased and the deceased was shot by another accused person.

Considering the above facts, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.

In case the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, the court below will consider the petition for regular bail of the petitioner without being prejudiced by the fact that
