2. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that while rejecting the prayer for bail of the petitioner vide order dated 8/10/2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 68515 of 2024, it was observed that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after three months. The stipulated period has already elapsed.

3. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Court of Special Judge, Excise-I, Samastipur in connection with
