JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the accuse persons were running a cheat-fund namely India Dot Com, later on name of the firm changed as All India Dot Com, in which the informant invested Rs. 1,80,000/- on assurance of getting good interest but even principal amount was not returned.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that thrust of accusation is against Vinod Kumar Sinha whereas coaccused have been granted regular bail vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 8397 of 2011 and 10516 of 2011.

This Court is not inclined to interfere only because the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2688 of 2015 (2) dt.21-01-2015 2/2 case was instituted in the year 2003.

Since other accused persons have been granted regular bail, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 337 of 2003 pending in the court of learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
