2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection withTekari P.S. Case No. 86 of 2023 instituted under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she had left her home on her own to marry one Ranjeet Kumar as the parents of the girl wanted to marry her with someone else whom she did not like.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks
