Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)A,26,35 of the Arms Act.

Submission is that the FIR would reveal that co-accused-Sachin Kumar disclosed that he had hidden the cartridges in the Almirah of co-accused-Hunny Chaudhary. Thereafter recovery was made from Almirah of co-accusedHunny Chaudhary. Petitioner is full brother of Hunny Chaudhary. Hence, he is accused in this case. Petitioner is in custody since 06.12.2019.

Considering the material aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12033 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Saharsa Sadar Police Station Case No.419 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case as well as the petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the learned Trial Court, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
