Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447,307,302,504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner allegedly caused injury with sharp cutting weapon at the arm of the deceased whereas coaccused-Ram Lal had caused injury at the chest of the deceased. Petitioner is in custody since 16.05.2017.

Report of the learned Trial Judge reveals that the trial is not likely to be concluded in near future. Considering the period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13490 of 2019(3) dt.10-05-2019 2/2 bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with S.Tr.No.65 of 2018 arising out of Kanti Police Station Case No.102 of 2003, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
