Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 121A/120B of the Indian Penal Code, sections 25(1-B)a, 26(1) and 35 of the Arms Act, and section 18B and other sections of the UAP Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner's name has figured during course of investigation in confessional statement of co-accused Nandan Mandal on whose disclosure arms were recovered. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 21.10.2021. Investigation is complete.
