ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 12-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Jandaha P.S. Case No.8 of 2016 for the offence under Section 7 of the E.C. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that 790 bags of rice in plain gunny bags and 87 bags of rice so recovered were not from the godown of the petitioner rather it was said to be loaded on a vehicle near the godown of the petitioner. Considering the nature of allegation and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on
