The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a complaint case in which processes have been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 403 and 465 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that petitioner no. 1 executed sale deed in favour of petitioner nos. 2 and 3 to grab the land of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3646 of 2015 (2) dt.28-01-2015 complainant in which petitioner nos. 4 and 5 are witnesses and identifier on the sale deed. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioner no. 1 sold the land of his own share.
Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.K. Dwivedi, J.M. Ist Class, Gopalganj in connection with Complaint Case No. 3385 of 2013 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
