JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Maheshkhunt P.S. Case No. 158 of 2017, a case under Sections 397/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was apprehended, while he was fleeing along with stolen buffalo, at the spot. Petitioner is in custody since 12.11.2017. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of four months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the
