Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of order dated 12.12.2022, he has filed a hard-copy of the counter affidavit in the Court itself, that the admitted dues of the husband of the petitioner is Rs. 15,96,492 /- and out of the said amount Rs. 11,26,636 /- has already been paid in the SBI account of the petitioner numbered- 41542753565. Learned counsel submits that as per the record, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.7757 of 2021(4) dt.09-01-2023 2/2 husband of the petitioner has received Rs. 3,80,587 /- as advance, in this regard a notice has been issued to the petitioner, so that the petitioner may represent before the respondent no. 4, with all the documents. Respondent no. 4 shall ascertain the dues against the petitioner's husband and shall pass an order with regard to the rest amount which is Rs 3,80,587 /-, showing advance in the documents against the petitioner. The said decisions shall be made within 6 weeks from the date of representation made by the petitioner before him. The petitioner is also at liberty to raise her any other demand if she is not satisfied from the above said payment, before the administrative officer of her husband. With this direction, this Writ petition is hereby disposed.
