Learned Counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, within a period of four weeks.

The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 24.02.2022 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 13602 of 2021, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Kanti (Panapur O.P.) P.S. case No.452 of 2020, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, West, Muzaffarpur and the petitioner was directed to surrender and furnish bail bond in the court below within a period of twelve weeks.

No.18973 of 2022(2) dt.28-04-2022 2/2 It is submitted on behalf of the counsel for the petitioner that due to typographical error, the name of the father of the petitioner in the main bail application i.e. Cr.Misc. No.13602 of 2021 has wrongly been mentioned as "Ram Jha" in place of "Late Krishna Nandan Dubey" and due to that, same mistake occurred in the cause title of the order dated 24.02.2022 passed in Cr.Misc.No.13602 of 2021.

Accordingly, the order dated 24.02.2022 passed in Cr.Misc.No.13602 of 2021 is modified to the extent that the name of father of the petitioner in the cause title be read as "Late Krishna Nandan Dubey" in place of "Ram Jha" and time for surrender of the petitioner in the court below is extended for a further period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The rest of the conditions stipulated in the order will be same.

The modification application is, accordingly, disposed of.
