Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Patna GRP PS Case No. 465 of 2017 registered under Sections 379 and 411 of the IPC.

Submission is that the theft of Samsung mobile is said to have been committed by the petitioner but it is false allegation and the petitioner is in custody since 10.9.2017. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Pramod Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM Railway, Patna in connection with Patna GRP PS Case No. 465 of 2017.
