2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 96 of the BNS, 2023, registered in connection with Khagaul P.S.Case No. 293 of 2024.

3. In compliance of the order dated 03.11.2025, the petitioner and the victim girl are present in Court. The victim states that she has solemnized her marriage with the petitioner and she is leading a peaceful life in her matrimonial home.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15829 of 2025(7) dt.10-11-2025 2/2 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-V, Danapur in connection with Khagaul P.S.Case No. 293 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) CrPC/482(2) BNSS.
