2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 376, 379 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code .

3. It is alleged that on the false promise of marriage this petitioner established physical relation with the victim and threatened to make the video clip of the incident viral.

4. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been falsely implicated in this case only with a view to pressurise the petitioner to marry the victim. Doctor has not found any sign of rape at the time of medical examination.

5 . It is submitted by the learned counsel for the State

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14553 of 2023(8) dt.20-09-2023 2/2 that victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr. P . C . has supported the prosecution case .
