JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 13-02-2015 Petitioner is aggrieved by Annexure-8 which is public notice by the Debt Recovery Tribunal for auction sale of property listed at Lot No.1 which was to be done on 16.1.2015. However, learned counsel appearing for Punjab National Bank submits that auction could not take place on 16.1.2015, therefore, cause of action does not survive as the public notice now has become meaningless.
Thus, this writ application stands disposed of as having become infructuous. However, this order will not come in way of the petitioner in assailing any order passed by the Debt Recovery Tribunal in RP Case No.286 of 2012 which has arisen out of
Patna High Court CWJC No.1492 of 2015 dt.13-02-2015 2/2 Certificate O.A. No.10 of 2008 in accordance with law before a competent forum, if available under law.
