JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 31-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 448/342/354/420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant is an A.N.M. She alleged that the petitioner tried to outrage her modesty by closing the door. The petitioner denies the allegation and submits that he has been falsely implicated in the instant case.

Having regard to the allegations, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. His prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected. If the petitioner surrenders before the court below and prays for regular bail within six weeks from today, the same would be disposed of on the same day without being prejudiced by this order.
