Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, very fairly submits that the relief for which he had moved before this Court by filing a writ application stands redressed as the Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad, Danapur has already passed an order dated 15.04.2023 in case No. 06 of 2020 whereby a

Patna High Court CWJC No.4544 of 2020(2) dt.18-04-2023 2/2 direction has been issued upon the private respondents to get the illegal construction removed within 15 days.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Court is not inclined to proceed with the writ application any further, however, the Court expects that the Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad Danapur, shall enforce the order dated 15.04.2023 in accordance with law. The writ application is disposed of.
