Patna High Court CWJC No.7574 of 2021(3) dt.29-01-2022 2/2 President and Members of the committee constituted for management of Surya Mandir, Kandaha, in the district of Saharsa.

This writ application has been filed in March, 2021, more than one year after passing of the impugned order. The petitioners have apparently not availed the remedy under Section 28(3) of the Bihar Hindu Religious Trust Act, 1950. In such view of the matter, we are not inclined to interfere in this writ application, which is accordingly dismissed.
