This is an application seeking modification/extension of time to avail the privilege granted to the petitioners vide order dated 10.04.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5863 of 2014, in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No.247 of 2012, pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that due to some unavoidable circumstances the petitioners failed to avail the liberty granted to them vide order aforementioned. In view of the above, as prayed for, subject to deposit of Rs. 8,000/- (Rs. Eight Thousand only) each with District Legal Services Authority, Araria, the period to avail the liberty granted vide order aforementioned is extended till 25th February 2015.
