The petitioner has approached this Court for a direction upon the Director General of Police, Bihar, Patna for holding enquiry on the complaint submitted by the petitioner against the private respondents for their misbehaviour. The petitioner has also prayed for a direction to the police authorities for protection of his life and property.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the State that on the complaint of the petitioner, an enquiry was

So far as the prayer of the petitioner for protection is concerned, it has been submitted by learned counsel for the State that agnates are fighting with each other and there is no need of providing any security to the petitioner. 4.
In view of the aforesaid, this criminal writ petition is dismissed.
