JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner got appointed as ANM on the basis of forged nursing registration document. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that after verification, the petitioner has been terminated from service. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the fact that petitioner being a lady has already been terminated from service, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4952 of 2015 (2) dt.05-02-2015 2/2 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Purnea in connection with K. Hat P.S. Case No. 77 of 2011, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
