"That this is an application praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for setting aside the merit list dated 02.07.2022 issued by Sub-Divisional Officer, Jehanabad by which the Officer arbitrary published the second merit list in spite of first merit list already published on 12.09.2020."

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has stated that pursuant to the order of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3865 of 2023(4) dt.27-06-2023 2/2 Division Bench, amendment order dated 23.09.2022 vide Annexure-5 passed under the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order 2016 wherein, the forum has been created for the purpose of ventilating the grievances against the final merit list before the Divisional Commissioner.

Having regard to the same, the petitioner is directed to approach the Divisional Commissioner within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of this order and on such representation being made, the Divisional Commissioner shall dispose of the same within a period of four weeks thereof.
