The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that the petitioner defalcated government money of rupees three crore and fifty lacs.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 10.11.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. As per allegation, fraud was made of rupees three crore and fifty lacs, but from perusal of the F.I.R. itself appears that entire amount has been deposited back in the account of the post office. No wrongful loss has been caused to

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Nawada in connection with Nawada Town P.S. case No.592 of 2019.
