The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 1411 of 2022 registered under Sections 419, 420, 384, 385, 411 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Official Secret Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case only on the basis of conjectures and surmises without there being any material to connect the petitioner with the alleged occurrence. It is further submitted that petitioner has two commercial spaces at third floor in Block "L" "Mall" at Bailey Road, Danapur of which petitioner has rented one space to Umesh Thakur @ Umesh Kumar on a
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14619 of 2023(2) dt.27-03-2023 2/2 monthly rent of Rs.5,000/- vide Rent Agreement dated 21.11.2022. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Danapur, Patna in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 1411 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
