The petitioner's grievance relating to nonpayment of General Provident Fund amount is said to have been redressed, according to learned Assistant Counsel to Government Advocate No. 7.

Considering the aforesaid submission, this application is disposed of with a direction that a chart showing calculation of General Provident Fund amount be furnished to learned Counsel for the petitioner in course of the day.

Patna High Court CWJC No.8424 of 2012 (4) dt.04-08-2016 2/2 The petitioner shall have the liberty to raise objection to such calculation before the District Provident Fund Officer, Sasaram, if, according to him, there is some discrepancy in the said calculation chart.
