A very limited prayer has been made that against the order passed by the District Programme Officer, West Champaran contained in Memo No. 75 dated 8.2.2019, the petitioner has filed appeal before the District Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah bearing RMN No. 3 of 2019 mentioned in paragraph no.10 of the present writ application. In view of the above, this Court directs the District Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran to examine the case of the petitioner and take a decision within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
