This is an application for bail in connection with Ramgarh P.S.Case No. 104 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping as well as committing rape upon the victim girl, who is minor. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is contradiction between the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and the materials available in case diary and petitioner is in custody since 12.5.2017. Heard learned APP and learned counsel for the informant also.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30687 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of direct allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Prayer for bail is rejected.
