Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272,273,308 of the Indian Penal Code and 47 A of Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

Thirty Five liters of country made liquor was allegedly recovered from the house of the petitioner on 12.02.2016. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Petitioner is in custody since 04.12.2017.

Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5203 of 2018 (2) dt.31-01-2018 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Jurawanpur Police Station Case No.05 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
