It has been submitted that the matter was sent to Mediation Centre by order of this court dated 24-04-2015. The report of mediation center has been received, copy of which is kept at flag-"A" wherein it has been mentioned that the dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation in the term of settlement, which has been agreed upon by the parties and the same is attached with the report of mediator. In such circumstances, counsel for the petitioner seeks and, is permitted to withdraw this petition.

Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
