JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 16-02-2015 Petitioner's grievance is that he was given a composite work of cleaning, washing, supply of food and supply of power through generator in the hospitals under the district of Gopalganj and for that purpose the petitioner as well as the respondent no.4 had entered into an agreement/contract, however, the petitioner is not being allowed to supply of power through generator in the hospitals though he is being allowed to do other works as per the work order. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has represented before the respondent no.4 as well as the District
Patna High Court CWJC No.2679 of 2015 dt.16-02-2015 2/2 Magistrate, Gopalganj also, who happens to be the Chairman of the District Health Society, Gopalganj, vide Annexure-3 series. In above view of the matter, I deem it desirable that the representation of the petitioner should be considered and disposed of by the District Magistrate by taking a decision in accordance with law.
